Personal Experience
Jennifer is an owner, managing partner and business broker in the VR Bucks County office. Her past experience in the legal field, as well as being a former business owner, allows her to share her expertise with clients and assist them with the sale and purchase of a business. Her knowledge of business operations, bookkeeping and financial analysis makes her a valuable resource to the organization and a true asset to her clients.
Ms. Gaynor has an extensive background working in the legal field, specifically in commercial real estate, business formation and development, and commercial litigation. After 15 years, Jennifer decided to follow her dream of becoming a business owner and purchased her first business. Her leadership, attention to detail, and expertise allowed the company to grow tremendously, allowing her to sell the business for a substantial profit. Her background and experience having owned and operated a small business gives her a unique and keen insight into the mind of today’s business owners. She brings extensive knowledge to the firm and has delivered consistent results throughout her career.
Jennifer holds a degree from the State University of New York. She sits on the Executive Board as Treasurer for her local fire department. Ms. Gaynor is dedicated to using her education, experience and passion to help local business owners and potential buyers fulfill their dreams.
